Meba Microfinance Institution S.C. is pleased to announce the offering of 200,000 new ordinary shares for sale at a price of ETB 550.00 (Five Hundred Fifty) per share, in accordance with the prospectus approved and licensed by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA). The subscription period runs from August 17, 2026, to November 14, 2026.
As stated in the prospectus, the new shares will be allocated to existing shareholders on a pro-rata basis according to their current holdings. Any unsubscribed shares will be offered to existing shareholders wishing to purchase additional shares, as well as to new investors. Meba Microfinance invites interested existing shareholders and new investors to participate in the share purchase by opening a trading account and placing a buy order through securities brokers licensed by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority.
